| ADULT EDUCATION:
A credit union's core philosophy, “People Helping People”, LCE Federal Credit Union focuses on financial education for all of our membership. We believe in starting early, and our programs focus on our youngest savers. We believe in activities that teach financial literacy. Just as reading, writing, and arithmetic set the groundwork for a solid education, the need for a “financial education” is just as important. More than ever, families are deeper in debt, credit card bills are out of control and people young and old, are mismanaging their money. As a credit union, LCE hopes to make a difference in your life through financial education courses.
It’s never too late to learn the basics. We have a class available on “Budgeting Basics” and Developing a Personal Spending Plan. Classes on how to use our latest “Bill Pay” service are also available. Other classes, information, and personal financial counseling also provided with an appointment. The credit union’s primary job is to teach people how to manage money for maximum service. Call us at 440-357-2560 for more information or to register for a class. My Financial Center is a link available to our membership. It is a wealth of information and can be a great benefit to our membership. It has member financial services available and is a great resource for calculators, financial articles, and market news. To visit the site click here.
